Kohlrabi

Beautiful purple stem.  Mild flavor.  Great for dressing up any salad or food.
In the turnip family. Kohlrabi grows above the ground and Kasey says it looks like an alien spaceship!
Polyphenols.  Red and purple vegetables are excellent for blood health - brain, heart, lung health all benefit from kohlrabi.
